The DH24 engine offers a mild hybrid solution with a compact and high-performance design. The package is built using a 2.4-liter, 55kW 4-cylinder combustion engine combined with a 20 kW electric motor. Due to the added electrical motor, it delivers a total peak power of 75 kW. Because the engine’s power remains below 56kW, no catalytic converter (SCR) is required, eliminating the need for AdBlue.
Designed for a variety of industrial applications, the DH24 emphasizes efficiency and durability. Achieving better average loading, resulting in lower fuel consumption. It offers a 5% to 10% savings on fuel (depending on the application).
The engine is particularly well-suited for applications that demand reliable, continuous operation under challenging conditions.
