John Deere marine engines IMO Tier III compliant
Any John Deere marine engine can be easily retrofitted with a modular SCR unit to comply with the legislation and further reduce NOx levels. NPS Driven can provide these modules and also offer assistance with application and, if necessary, additional certification. In most cases, no additional certification is needed. The John Deere Marine Engines below can all be fitted with the Xeamos SCR unit by NPS Driven.
Nouveau dans la gamme de moteurs John Deere, le JD4 offre jusqu'à 120 kW (161 ch) de puissance. Par rapport au moteur actuel de 4,5 L à turbocompresseur unique, le JD4 présente une réduction de la taille de l'ensemble de 20 % à 30 % et une réduction de poids de plus de 100 kg. Le nouveau moteur offre des intervalles de maintenance de 750 heures.
Le JD4 dispose d'un train d'engrenages arrière qui offre un faible niveau de bruit et une puissance de prise de force (PTO) plus élevée. De plus, il y a un système de post-traitement en ligne durable avec moins de points de connexion que la génération actuelle de 4,5 L, ce qui facilite l'intégration dans les applications.
Applications telles que : Grues mobiles, Installations de mortier mobiles, Concasseurs, Broyeurs de bois, Groupes électrogènes, Groupes motopompes, Moissonneuses, Groupes hydrauliques et Tracteurs.
The 13,5 litre, 6-cilinder marine engine is available for world wide markets and many applications. NPS offers engine with Xeamos aftertreatment to meet severe IMO3 demands. The whole range is available for the IWW Stage V market.
