When you purchase an engine at NPS Driven, the warranty of the manufacturer will apply. This means that NPS Driven’s role in the warranty process is limited. The warranty process is different for each brand. This general roadmap below will guide you throughout the warranty process and will help you pick the right documents which apply to your engine brand.
- Immediately after the purchase of an engine, this engine needs to be registered at the manufacturer;
- In case you experience any problems which may fall under warranty, you can request for warranty at the manufacturer;
- The manufacturer will decide if your application falls under warranty or not. NPS Driven will only function as an intermediary and does not have a say in this decision.
- A possible replacement or repair under warranty will be performed by NPS Driven, in name of the manufacturer.
Register your engine
To be able to claim warranty, it’s important to register your new engine with the manufacturer. To ensure this happens correctly, please fill in the manufacturer’s registration form immediately after purchase.
